SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once we receive your order, we start measuring out the ingredients into glass bottles and compostable /biodegradable material bags. We then add to it the recipe cards and information you will need and wrap it up nicely in a box, filled with dried wood wool. (Kiln Dried Wood Wool - is an environmentally friendly void fill solution. It is 100% sustainable, bio-degradable)
We hand pack every order and hand write all personal messages to ensue its extra special for the person receiving the gift, considering this labour of love we aim to send your box out within a maximum of 3 days of ordering.
If you are in a rush, as like you sometimes I find the perfect gift at the last minute, drop up an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work extra hard to get your box to you sooner!
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns are only accepted for faulty or damaged items. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, excluding perishable goods that cannot be returned. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note, for subscriptions, we only offer replacements of defective or damaged items.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
